8 Apr

A motorist has been found guilty of driving without due care and attention at the Wellowgate level crossing on July 4th, 2014. The case was heard at Grimsby Magistrates’ Court without the attendance of the motorist or his legal representation. The court has adjourned the case for sentencing on May 18th, 2015. The presiding District Judge has said that the motorist – a former Grimsby Town footballer – may pick-up a driving ban as he already has six penalty points on his licence.
